Panel Discussion: Best Social Media Business Practices for Banks

Moderator: Lynne Alfonsi, CTP, President of Philadelphia AFP and Director of Channel Partnerships with Vizant Technologies.

With 30 years  of banking, relationship management, and product management in cash and treasury, Lynne brings extensive and unique perspectives to the topic.

Lynne has served as president of PAFP since 2015. She is a very active Philadelphia-area volunteer who also serves on the Boards of Family Promise of Northern New Castle County which addresses homelessness in Delaware, and on Uptown! Entertainment Alliance, a non-profit organization promoting cultural, economic, and civic life experiences through live theater, music, dance, film and other local events in West Chester, PA.

She has a B.S. in finance and management from Philadelphia University. She resides in West Chester, PA with her husband Michael Alfonsi.

Martin McLaughlin, Managing Partner at Mosaic Partners, LLC will be joining the afternoon panel discussion.

McLaughlin, as managing partner and founder of Mosaic Partners, a digital marketing, branding, customer acquisition agency handling clients such as MIcrosoft, SAP Americas, Horizons Worldwide, Villanova University, Caterpillar, and many others since its inception in 2000.

Prior to Mosaic, McLaughlin was a senior manager in emerging growth at Anderson Consulting.
